This was working, but now it has stopped with this error:
"Allow Access to www.ourwebsite.com There's a problem sharing your information with www.ourwebsite.com. Please try again later. View the information you're currently sharing " I double checked that the Azure Live services Live Services and Active Directory Federation ID and key exist and are correct. What else could this be?

I was having that error yesterday and like you have also checked all the settings. Today I am now getting this error even though I know my Windows Live ID is associated with a user on the Moodle system. It had been working fine until yesterday :(
Windows Live Authentication Invalid Moodle User Your account has been successfully authenticated by Windows Live, but your Windows Live ID, , is not associated with a user account in this Moodle system.

Same problem here!
 
I'm getting the message you mentioned with the user account not matching even though it's there and was working fine up until now.
 
Was going to demo this on Tuesday, really messes things up if something has been broken now :(

Also broken on my test site as well (which hasn't been touched or updated at all) so something has gone wrong elsewhere by the looks of it. I wonder if it's the Azure service being moved \ updated?

It seems this is working again now? Any fix information? I need to know cull information, otherwise I will have a problem recommending this as part of a live service.

It was a bug with exchange and it had been fixed short after it was found. But sorry i don't have much details.
