If you are using impersonation, you would enter the following settings:

Username and password: the impersonation account user name and password.

Service URL: This would be the URL of the Exchange Web Service.

Prior to setting up your Impersonation account please make sure your Live@edu account is Org-Owned not I-Owned.  To do this you need to accept the Org-Owned TOU at the following web address:

After you have accepted the Org-Owned TOU you will be migrated from an I-Owned to Org-Owned account.

You can now move forward with the set up of your Impersonation account.  Directions to set up your Impersonation account can be found at the following link:

I have accepted the ne Org-Owned TOA. Will I be notified when the domain has been changed over? Also, I have a students.domain.net  will that also need to accept the new TOA?

Currently it takes 7-10 business days in order for your account to be converted over to Org-Owned.  The only way you can currently tell that your account has been moved over is that you will be able to do cross mailbox searches.

After 7-10 business days you will need to create your impersonation account.  Follow the directions below.  We apologize that this process it not so straight forward.

Creating an Impersonation account

Once you have completed the step of becoming an Org-Owned account you may set up of your Impersonation account.  Directions to set up your Impersonation account can be found at the following link:
