Outlook Live service account information
Hi everyone,

If you use Outlook Live with Microsoft Live@Edu services, read on.

We're hard at work on a document that walks you through exactly how to set up the Outlook Live service account.  We are hoping to publish that in a blog post in the coming days.

Just wanted to let you know we're nearing completion on this.  Thanks for your patience.

By the way, I find it useful to use the RSS feed on sites like ours, so feel free to add that to your favorite RSS reader so you can be alerted as soon as we update our blog.

Thanks,
Kosar

Hi Kosar,
I have read the details about using powershell to set up the Outlook Live Service Account, however it requires that I am running Vista, whereas I am still using XP. Does this mean therefore that I won't be able to use Outlook Live in Moodle and have to stick with the Hotmail version?
Cheers
Wheelie.

You will need Vista or better to run PowerShell into the Live@EDU system. Powershell is very important tool to help maximaize the functions of your LIVE@EDU organization.

Hi everyone, we're nearing the finish line!  We have it in our editors' hands for their final review, and just need to make sure it reads well and we'll then post it up on the site.  I'm hoping to have it up there either tonight or tomorrow, depending on when I get our final editor's comments back.

I really hope this document update and some clarifications to the code will help everyone out.

We really appreciate all your support, enthusiasm, and interest.  We're hoping to keep up the momentum with you all and make sure you get your questions answered.  Your interest in this project has been really great!

In the meantime if you are running into any problems or need our help, please either post on this discussion board or send us an email at moodle-at-microsoft-dot-com.

Thanks,
Kosar
