Getting a "system unavailable" for the outlook widget in Moodle
Hi, I am getting the outlook live widget in the rhs of the moodle interface OK, and it links through onto a new web page into the live account but the system status message where one expects to see the new mails and upcoming events status shows "system unavailable" Any idea why this is behaving like this?

It seems the "Outlook URL" field is not correctly setup.

Check the "Configure the Microsoft Live Services block" section of the latest startup guide to see how to obtain your outlook URL:

BTW, there should be no trailing "/" in the url.

I am having the same problem
I've double checked all the settings as per 'getting started' guide, and reset the secret key in azure and moodle. There is no trailing backslash in URL.
Other functions appear to work fine with this except the mail and calendar previews on the side which show 'service unavailable'.
When I try to create a quick calendar event I get this error:
Call to EWS failed
The account does not have permissions to impersonate the requested user.

The URL for the Outlook Live pods changed recently as I think they're doing some changes as part of the R4 upgrades. Sign into outlook.com and check out the URL in the address bar now, mine changed from https://pod00012.outlook.com or similar to https://db2prd0102.outlook.com

Also have you set up the impersonation account for Outlook Live? If not have a look here for step by step info I wrote while I was doing it a while back

Get Microsoft Silverlight
no thanks
