Can you be more specific about what you'd like to see?
How about the ability to provide a MS Word template into which the tool would place the generated questions. That way we could provide header/footer content to the generated question sheet.

This is a great resource.
 
I think it would be helpful to put the results into columns in word so you can create mad minute problems with 20-30 problems on a single page.

We've had quite a few people ask for this feature.  It's a great idea.  I've added it to the list of features for our next rev.
